Contour 2 app download

I have used this app for the past several years with no issue. She was going to start a trouble ticket and get back with me…that was over a month ago!!!

Still nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and it still asks for the same thing. I have been on the COX forums and have seen others with the same issue…but no resolution or acknowledgement by Cox of a problem.

Hi, University login appears right below the login for other customers. Do you mind clearing browser cache and attempting again. Suspecting there's something cached in the browser that is redirecting you to university login. Also, is there any university nearby?

Spectrum was way too expensive paying almost a month after one year of service. I decided to go with Cox because everyone in the area has this company. I am still waiting for my equipment that I ordered two days ago so I might be writing this review a little early, but I already have access to their Contour app to watch tv. I was hesitant to sign up with Cox, but so far being able to access cable on their app with no issues is a plus in my book.
